I would like to sound deaden parts of my car as soon as possible really. So over the next couple of weeks if i can. To start with, the parts i want to do are just the front doors and the boot lid. Then at some stage i'd like to do the rear doors (it's a 5dr), boot floor and boot sides.
How much sound deadening (in sqare feet) will i need to do this? I'm also not sure how many layers i'll need so lets just say 1 for now as i can add it up when/if i decide to do more layers.
Also i don't want to spend too much on this as it's my first sound system and i'm a student so don't have too much money to throw at it. If it'd be more beneficial to use better deadening (SS or Dynamat as a pose to eDead or Brown Bread) but not cover so much with it, that's also an option.
I've seen eDead and Brown Bread on eBay and they seem a lot cheaper... Anyone used these? What are they like? Otherwise i've seen Second Skin Damplifier Bulk Kit and Dynamat Xtreme Trunk Kit but they're quite a bit more expensive and more than i was hoping to spend. I'd preferably like to spend around £50 max but i'll see what's reccommended and what people say about certain products first.
