    Low power delivery on high rpm

    Hi there.

    My car does not have expected max power as it should have after the remap and mods. It's now arround 220bhp and 260lbs ft (350NM). Should be more.

    Stage1 just increased max torque and improved drivability. 60k miles

    After some time I have made full custom sport exhaust and mounted FMIC from Courtenay, Vectra C inlet pipe and derestricted airbox, Stage2 remap, BKR6EIX spark plugs, changed front and rear BCS. 70k miles

    That doesn't changed a lot... after some time got the new the rooling road graph millage 88k ( Run1 - Stage2; Run3 - Stage1; Run2 - series )

    Can anyone help me solve that puzzle?
    Can it be an old AFM?
    Is the pressure graph correct or should it be holding the boost longer at 1 bar?

    What map is it? you know where this is going though check vac pipes if not that the turbo could be dieing or the AFM as you said

    The remap is from Klasen. Now the values are a little lower then Courtenay's, but still it should be higher. Vacuum pipes were checked while changing BCSs. The car is from 2001 year and AFM too.

    1 KM = 75 kGm/s = 735,498 W = 0,9863 HP

    So it looks like 221KM/0.98=225HP (BHP?)

    Actuator was originally set high and was tightened a little after Stage2, coud it be too weak? I tried to lower it earlier but nothing conclusive came. Just loosened it and scrued around 3mm to reach that position

    I don't have one... There is a boost pressure graph a more clearly visible here in bar units(1bar=14,5psi). Max is around 1,2bar (17,4psi), lowering to 1bar(14,5psi) at 4400rpm and finally at 0.75bar (10.8psi) at 5500 rpm ...
