    Question Z16XE Clutch

Hi everyone. I'm having issues with my clutch when pressed I can feel it clunking every other second and its very hard to engage a gear when this happens. Any ideas what it could be?

Also anyone got an exploded diagram of the clutch assembly?

    Astra G 03 plate.

    Cheers

i used a gunson easy bleed from halfords to bleed mine, took a few secs to do on my own.

Danny is the Z16XE clutch fluid or cable controlled?

Cheers for the info so far. Time to have a look in mr Haynes (haven't had chance yet).

Danny you got any diagrams of the system at all. I had a quick poke around yesterday and couldn't find the clutch system at all?

    Cheers
