    First change to my car (finally :) )

    Hi all

    Had my cab a year and halfish now and finally made a change i've wanted for a while today (well i didn't, the other half did but i am soooo pleased i thought i'd share piccies with you)

    Opinions welcome

    Looks better than it did before, though not sure about the black engine cover xD maybe that could go blu as well
    Probably the ONLY Astra Mk3 sitting on Corsa D SXI rims!
    And Now a Diesel on Discs all round!

    2 great minds hun, that's going blue and black but he couldn't be arsed to mask it all up today to do how I wanted (tut there's no training some )

    aye, great minds think alike. though that could be because I also own a blue car as well, but that engine cover does look unsightly compared to some of the others Vauxhall have done, but you're right, there is no training some of us males xP

    great job on the centre console i wanna spray mine but i keep reading that its a bloody nightmare to sand it down to prepare for the spray ? was it really that bad to spray ?

    Ah now that's where knowing a man that can helps

    It didn't look too bad to me but then he does it for a living so makes it look easy i suppose.

    If you wanted someone else to do it then i'm sure i could talk to him, where abouts are you hun?

    if ur put off by a little sanding then god help you and your illusive V6!


    ok the console has a textured finish but if u follow the how-to on here or just adopt everyday paint preperation skills then you cant go wrong (or can you)

    looks really good did you clear coat it? or was you going for a matt finish. im just wondering thats all looks very nice
