and i was hopeless and my legs and hips ache like a mother****er!
Did around 5 hours skiing today at Tamworth snowdome, I would class myself as fairly fit, but my body is telling me very different at present....what a loser
Did the snow plough, some turning and start stopping but generally its a lot harder than it looks to me! 2 things seem to hold me back the instructor told me:
1. mountain biking - bracing for impact, never having knees in and ankles out but having them the other way around, the general feeling of leaning forward (a big no no when jumping around on a bike).
2. My current knee problem which has made my left knee and leg quite weak.
Other than that I seme to have the basics but i need to conditon my body to be able to do it better and more freely/relaxed/losely.
All in all a week in Austria is either going to kill me or break me
