U must be seriously unfit for driving if u can.t do the pedal test!

Press both pedals, turn the key and count the sequence of flashes.

    Yeah rocket science aint it!

    Happy spending at the dealers!

Honestly pal, if i can do it, anyone can. Don't waste your money just yet

Feet on the pedals as the thread suggests THEN turn the key once, and again until the lights come on (i find turning it straight to pos 2 didn't work)

Count the flashes & note them down.

    Even I managed that lol

Don't know about P0170 (or the others) but i do have it myself (P0170)

Have had the code since last Sept when i bought the car. I know what the code stands for, but i don't know what it MEANS if you get me?

the car seems to run fine. It's just annoying having an error code there as it's clearly there for SOME reason.

Don't want to risk getting it mis-diagnosed 100x racking up a bill before it's discovered a £5 fix will sort the job.

Sorry i can't actually help. I just chose to ignore it as the car was running fine (or so it seems to be)
