    Hard water leaving white marks

I live in a very hard water area and so when i wash my black car, it leaves the most hideious white marks on the body work. I have to wash the car and dry each panel after i spray it with the hose which is proveing extremely hard and almost nigh on impossible
Is there anything i can do to prevent this apart from not washing the car thatnks

Maybe try using quick detailer like meguiars last touch when drying.

Something iv'e not done before, but I know lots of people use it to help with drying.

Using LT while drying will help. Look als at getting an inline filter for your hose to soften the water. Also, for car shampoo, Megs NXT contains water softeners to make it as gentle as possilble on your cars paint.

Bye bye VXR Castle Combe Edition - because it's done more laps of Castle Combe than most Bergs have of the Ring

Whats LT and RO? I was thinking maybe i should buy some bottled water and fill the bucket up with that. But im going to get some of that nxt stuff. Its as if our water just leaves calcuim deposits all over the car. Where can i get a hose filter, having a look on google, getting all kind of things coming up

I think you can get different type filters for them so some research may need to be done as to which is best for you!
