    Exclamation blown amp?

Hi, i have a 4000w sub amp made by Theloudest.com, a TL-1022, and for some reason it wont work?

i have it running a 12" 500w RMS sub by Audiobahn

it has all sorts of protection such as... Excessive heat, Reverse polarity, Short circuit and Input Overload protection

i have power going to it but NO lights on and yes all the connections are good

just wondering if you could give me any advice to sort it myself or somewhere that could sort it for me as its a great amp

i was planning to build an install running 2 subs sometime soon, and now i cant

to be honest the remote has been a bit dodgy since i bought it, but it just flickered from the setting i had it on to full

i have taken the remote apart and the wires are connected fine, cant get hold of another to test to make sure though.

Take the amp, place it in the bin, go out & buy something decent.

u cn test the remote simply by running a 0.3a wire from the live terminal on the amp to the remote terminal....this way it will always be on as its running str8 from the live bt its good for testing purposes

    funny

yeh anyways, i "borrowed" a mulitmeter from work today and found the problem, there was a minute nick in the remote wire causing it to short out (which took me forever to find), meaning the amp is now up and running and i can finally get my install built!!

so thanks for all your help people!

i use to have a full "TheLoudest.com" system...

Was ok, but can get a SHIZ load better for less than half the price...

I had there "1000wrms" sub in there box, powerd by there "1000wrms" sub amp, and there "worlds most powerfull" 6x9 speakers powerd by one of there multi chanel amps, and it was shocking compared to what i have now and i payed ALOT less... haha

the only thing i can say is decent is their wireing kit... im still using it till this day and i bought all that stuff over a year ago... still got the sub somewere...
