    Busy Weekend!!!!

Friday morning i decided to fit my second battery in my wheel well as been suffering from poor power and killin batterys after a few days of no use. got all the parts needed to get 99% of it done, so 9am friday morning stripped the full boot install out my car and had no were to put it...

    Sorry Lynds

Was going to be there for a few days while i sorted everything out.

Friday night time got this far...

Saturday morning was up bright and earlie again and got cracking with the install.
After checking were i was and rerouting the power cables for the amps i got to here...

Then was pretty late and back was breaking so called it a day, Sunday put it all back together to end up with this at approx 4pm...

Was pretty happy but would like the wires alot neater for when the cover is lifted for shows and whatever else so at 10pm I had a idea and being the pacient type i am i went and set up a flood light and removed it all again

Stayed up till about 2am drilling holes in my mdf false floor to end up with this...

Much better so called it a night to start again on monday morning...

    Subs back in

Just waiting on the split charge relay to turn up so i can fit in the engine bay and all will be sorted.

Would like to say a BIG thank you to SQ Man for his help with the wiring diagrams and parts list he supplied along with the telephone calls for support

    Thanks Nigel!

looks good mate, cant see the point in a battery that big in the boot when you can get a dry cell half the size and with what you are running isnt required mate.
also you have a powercap which isnt going to make a difference with that wire. It should be atleast 4 gauge.

Maybe you can tell him how lucky he is to have me, such a tolerant girlfriend! haha

By the way Paul, you forgot the bit of taking it apart AGAIN when you left half the tools inside it when you were too excited gettin it back together to clear the tools out first

this was a spare battery i had so i didnt want to go and buy one when i had one that would do its job, its 8awg for power cap and i am led to believe it does feck all anyway and its only there to fill the gap between subs, i may upgrade the wires if i ever have it out again
