    help required

i have bought a secondhand pair of front foglights (oem), and also switch unit with the standard rear foglights switch, and also front foglights switch. now two questions i need answering are

no1, what am i looking for with the foglights in terms of the connector block, colour and where can i find said plug.

no2, if i havent got this connector block, how would i go about wiring up said foglight unit, as i know there are numbered connectors, and i love a bit of a challenge.

any photos or tech specs wud be greatly appreciated

    many thanks in advance

Your looking for blue connector near where the fog lights should be. If there are none you will have to run the wiring inside the car

Another thing to check is for the wiring inside the car. Double check you have both terminals for the fog light fuse in the fuse box under the dash. If you haven't got this it's a non starter for the factory fit switch

where abouts is the fuse located under bonnet or dash?

the foglights i have bought have blue connectors on them already, but no wiring from fogs to headlights, can you not just wire up from the fogs to the switch, with a tapped in wire/s to the full beam headlight so they work light lower spot lights. cant be that hard to do with the numbered blades off the back of the foglights unit??

Fuse is under the dash, look at the diagram in the sticky at the top of this forum for a exact location

The fog light switch only pulses negative when it's pressed so not a on off switch, that is controlled by the multitimer on the car
