    Depends what the maps are like, could cause a lot of damage if there not much good. Get what you pay for.

    I think it all depends how much you know about tuneing realy mate, im sure if you know how to map a car correctly then its i good tool, but on the other hand its easy to raise boost, fuel levels to make it go faster but if you dont know how to do it correctly and safely then you would prob just end up doin lots of damage and end up spending more fixing your car than what a good map by a pro would charge.

    may be a stupid question but, whats to stop you reading a stage 3 car for example and then setting your ecu paramiters to the same ?

    Good question mate, would be interesting to know. I guess it would just be down to each car being differant. I guess its like haveing 2 phase 3 cars with the same mods, its very unlikely you would get the same power out of the 2 on a rolling road, i suppose its alot down to engine condition and age aswell.
