    Squeaky Brakes

I have noticed the last few days that my front drivers side break is squeaking.

I had the discs and pads replaced about 5months ago aswell

Anyone know what might be the problem?

    cheers

usualy when pads get changed theres as small piece of copper grease put on the back of the pads to stop the squeeking

you could try taking the pads out and doing that, just make sure you dont get any on the pad surface or disk

i have the same problem, ive taken all of the pads out and greased the cariers and the back of the pads. it still does it. im putting it down to budged pads and crap disks. will see if it does it after i fit drilled and groved disks and yellow stuff pads.

I have a similar problem - my passenger disc squeels when driving at low revs in first gear ie. in traffic.

I took the pads out and copper greased them but that only stopped it for a short while. I have heard of a spray that you spray on your disks to stop them squeeling but never used it before.
