Ok guys, got it all done and prety much fin today. Wasnt as hard a job as i thought it was going to be. I woke up at 7am when i saw it was sunny outside so thought id get an eairly start and make the most of it. By 11am it was all in place ready for it all to be clamped up and finished off, spent the rest of the day then tidying bits up and just doin bits and bobs. Anyway here are my pics from today. Enjoy

First job today was to make brackets for my cooler.

Holes drilled and cooler mounted to crash bar.

Then the pipework begins. All my pipework i made myself. I put long legs on every bend so today all i had to do is cut them as and where i needed them. I started on the turbo side first.

With turbo side all cut to size and pieced together it was time to start on the inlet side. First off a cut away part of the plastic bat tray as my 63mm pipework needed all the room it could get, then once again i started cutting and putting together.

Then i had to do something i realy didnt want to but i had no choice if i wanted to get it fin today. Had to cut down my regal powerpipe

Then it was time to mark out where my sensor had to go.

With that done i jumped in this little beast (girlfriends car ) and headed off to work to do a spot of tig welding.

And ten mins later We have this.

A quick stop off to pick these up.

And not longer after we had this.

So all that done i decided while i was under the car id also wrap my precat. Not an easy job to do on the car.

Then for the part i was worried about the most, cutting my bumper

So a few hours later and lots of cups of tea and it was done.

So thats it guys, my front mount all fitted , Total cost a slim total of around £120. Front fogs would go back in with some work but because of my 63mm pipework its a bit tight so im planning something else with the holes . My aircon fan ive left off for now as im just going to get a very slim line universal fan and fit that, much less work and hassel then messing with the standard one.
All in all im very happy with it and a good days work.
    cheers, ellis

Cheers mate. I could get them in yes with a bit of work but i am goin to replace the original fogs with some nice smaller round ones in some custom plates to fill the holes.

Hi mate. Got them from a place on oswestry industrial estate, cost me £14 for all them, would have cost 4 times that amount from tweeks.
