    Different oil after high mileage?

Well my bulletproof SZR is coming up to 150k miles on it!!

Which oil should i be using when its this high, it uses a little, but this is to be expected with such a high mileage engine im sure! No mushroom clouds of blue smoke, and starts fine so im assuming its not too bad !

I've heard of people using a different viscoscity oil for high mileage, yet ive also heard people say dont do it because it blocks tappets??

    What do you reccomend?

I say stick with the oil you have originally been using to be honest

There are manufacturers like Castrol who make specific viscosity and high mileage oils like GTX High Mileage for example
