For my Z20let is the Denso irodium or NGK plugs better?

Basically I have the denso irodium plugs in and got the NGK ones as part of a job lot deal.
Should I swap or stick with the denso irodium.
PS: The car is regal tuned (stage 1).

regal recommend denso. I use densos personally. Have used Ngks in the past but would stick to denso now.

As with the filter Ill just stick to what the car has, that’s what it was tuned using, courtenay and regal suggest the opposite but I don't believe there is a real difference!

Not seeing ur logic here tbh why would u want to do the opposite of what 2 reputable z20let tuners hav advised you?

No No you have both miss understood what I was saying. I already have the denso irodium spark plugs in my car now but got some NGK ones when I bought some hoses as a job lot, I was basically wondering if the NGK ones are better than the denso irodium ones and if so I would have changed them, I have decided that as the car was tuned with the denso irodium ones I will leave them in and sell on the NGK ones, hope this makes more sense.

Providing they are the correct heat range & gapped accordingly, then either plug will suffice.
