My Car is becomming Jerky under Half Throttle

As title, my 2003 Z20LET GSi is becoming very jerky under half throttle. My boost gauge is saying that the car is boosting right (standard map 10psi overboost dropping to psi) and under full boost the car pulls like a train, although the boost gauge does show that the car will drop from 8psi down to around 7ish and then rise back up to 8psi.

Any ideas what could be wrong? Is it a simple case of getting new Boost Control Solenoids?

Are you running a BOV? if sow try removing it

If not start by replacing your Boost Control Solenoids as Paul said.

Had this problem recently too mate turned out it was the vacuum pipe going to rear solenoid had popped out the rubber corner piece at the solenoid end. Was causing the car to hesitate and jerky under throttle. Check all ur vacuum pipes and worth looking at the plugs as well. Did u get ur rocker cover gasket changed? Oil could have leaked onto the plugs.

I'll check all the vacuum pipes tomorrow, didn't finish work until 6.30 Haven't managed to get the rocket gasket changed yet, so could well be oil. I'll do pedal test then go from there. Think that'd be best solution. I need to get rocker gasket sorted as soon as though!
