    Spark Plugs

Are these the right ones to get for my Gsi? I have given it a full service, but I have not done the plugs yet.

check the number first, the direct equivalent for std plugs is 5s but most folks on here recommend 6s.

I was running the 5's for a while but using the 6eix versions now and they feel marginally better. May depend on your spec though.

better at what? sparking? sorry dude, not being funny just don't understand the science behind uprated spark plugs, i thought more fuel and more air mixed gives a bigger combustion, sureley if the plug sparks and the mix ignites then thats it? correct me if i'm wrong?

Not sure, I see lot of members use them and they seem to be happy with them. I think they can handle getting hot better or something like that?

STAY AHEAD WITH NGK IRIDIUM IX SPARK PLUGS
    set of 4 ..........
    ENHANCED IGNITION
The small diameter Iridium tip focuses the electrical enery around the centre electrode, resulting in more efficient ignition.
    BETTER ACCELERATION
Reduction of 0.7 seconds in time to accelerate from 20-60mph.
    FASTER STARTING & SMOOTHER RUNNING
With the high ignitability of the NGK Iridium IX Spark Plug, your engine wil start up quickly and run smoothly even on cold and damp mornings.
    LONGER LIFE
The 0.6mm Iridium electrode gives continuous reliability over a long period.
    BETTER FUEL CONSUMPTION
The excellent ignitability of NGK Iridium IX Spark Plugs gives very high combustion efficiency, resulting in more miles per gallon.

not being funny but, do you need any more infor? they are just better plug's all round, same as geting a better turbo-air filter-wheel's- they just better, dont think 100's of people on here are that blind or tunner's would'nt buy them if they did'nt work !
