    Steering Wheel Wobbling

Hey People! I have another slight problem, when i drive at 60mph my steering wheel wobbles but when the car go past 80mph it stops wobbling. Ive taken it to 2 garages and they both agree that it sounds like balancing on the wheels but theyve both checked the balancing and they say its fine. It seems to of started when i put the reaceland coilovers on, i had the camber and alignment setup and it was then fine, but as i like to fiddle, i then lowered it just a bit more and thats possibly caused this wobbling. The engineer at the garage couldnt suggest what was the matter so i wondered if anyone had an idea or simular problem?? im thinking about raising the suspension to see if it goes away lol cheers

i just put 17" alloys on mine and as soon as i hit 60 the wheel wobbles, it didnt do that before so im putting it down to the wheels needing balanced

no buckles in any of your alloys is there?

Swap your fronts & rears around & see if the problem goes away.

Hi, I have exactly the same problem, do you think having the wheels balanced will do the trick? I had the tracking done and they said it was fine but its a bit of an unnerving feeling when you hit 60!

Could be a lot of things mate, unbalanced wheels, warped disc, faulty/crap tyres

Start off by checking the cheapest options, like wheel balancing
