    What is the difference between halfords clay and Meguiars clay???

    Just the quality of it mate. Same as the difference between Dodo Juice wax and Meguiars wax.

    If I was you i'd get some Sonus clay from somewhere like eBay, cleanyourcar.co.uk etc and then make your own lube using a bit of shampoo in a spray bottle with water. Works just as well as the proper lube/quick detailer.

    Is that the green super fine stuff?? that all i kind find!!!

    Yeah I use the green. pretty sure they do a grey one as well which is a bit more aggressive, but green has worked fine for me leaving a nice smooth finish.

    cheers for that i might have to give that a go, its the first time i have used it, is there any hints / tips for using it??

    and also does the shampoo and water work as lube just as well?? how mush shampoo to water do you use?

    needs to be a weak mix of shampoo to water, use ro or filtered water,

    sonus green is good. or any fine/superfine polyclay
