    Help needed - Bonnet lifters

Hey all. I recieved my bonnet lifter yesterday from lmf. I decided i would fit them today because i had the day off from work. Anyway i used the how to guide and the instructions on how to fit the lifter but iv encountered a problem. When i go to shut the bonnet the knuckles are about to hit my wing so obviously i didnt shut it. So what should i do? Everything is fitted correctly according to the how to guide.

    Cheers Arron
