    H4 or H7 bulbs???

Why does my Haynes manual say that my Astra mk4 (52 reg) should take H4 bulbs but everywhere else states H7??

Is the only difference the number of contacts?

    Cheers

H4 bulbs are the headlight and main beam all in one bulb which is where there are more terminals on them

    MK4 astra's definatly take H7's though
