    Question HID Problem !

    hey guys i posted a few weeks ago but the problem solved it self and now has re- apeared sudenly lol basically when i turn on my HIDs the passenger side one doesnt work !! iv checked all the wiring and bought new ballasts and new bulbs and still nothing . iv taken the clip off the wiring system so it can fit on both ways and still nothing , do i have a problem with my original wiring ? the other light comes on every time.

    please help as im stuck and at a dead end .

    ooh i have this same problem. i took it into a garage and they found that no power was going to the hid ON THE DRIVERS SIDE.

    previously my hids were problematic in that when i turned on the engine and then tried to turn on the lights, one would automatically turn off. when i put it in first click and turned it on, they would both stay on.

    now this week, the right one wont turn on at all! gonna get it checked at another garage on thursday. will let you know what i hear.

    check the terminals going into the block that attaches to your ballast pack.

    See if there are any loose connections preventing power getting into the ballast pack.

    ahh this could be helpful , but yer i have checked it and the only thing i can think of is that there is a little slit in the outer shell of the wire but bearly reaching the actual wire inside. thts the only thing i can think of !! but they were working fine the other day both coming on and all was good but now back to the way it was , and i dnt know why . is it worth getting it checked?? and were would i get it checked
