    Pete's 53 on white paint?

I'm guessing there's no reason why not - my MIL's little Nissan Micra is in need of a darn heavy polish and wax. It's not laquered so a few years of sun have flattened the paint badly.

I keep going on about polishing and wax'ing it (and sorting the faded plastic trim and tyres too, perhaps a coat of Rain Clear Gel on the windows too) but I only have Pete's 53 - don't fancy buying something else for such a small car which I'll probably never wax again for years anyhow...any reason why I shouldn't use it after a good SRP?

Which is what I thought...it's probably never seen polish let alone wax!

True, but I was advised against using my new hair wax on the car even though it has carnuaba in and smalls just like Pete's 53

I'm yet to try Collinite in my hair, and won't be for a while since I shaved my head due to a bet.

Hmm, if I use Pete's on my hair does that mean I'd not have to wash it for ages?
