    Coolant Hoses

    Hi everyone!

I'm planning to take my throttle body off and give it a clean at some point next week.

when i take the coolant hoses off will coolant piss out everywhere?

if so whats the best way to stop it?

should i clamp the hoses? what should i use?

sorry for all the questions and thanks in advance for any help

    cheers

    Matt

lol, funny because i had the same questions recently.

Asked a lad on here & i was told to take the cap off the coolant tank & then you wouldn't need to grip the hoses up.

Haven't tested this out yet as i still need to pick up the TB gasket from Vaux

you wont lose alot of coolant due to the hoses being high up the engine.
you can just use a bung in the end of the hoses til your done.
