What sort of eBayer are you?

on the buying/bidding front i mean. Bored & thought i'd ask

I used to get into bidding wars when i started eBaying & was a bit stupid. I remember one item, i must've helped hike it up an incredible amount Actually, i've just thought - i wonder if the seller had a seperate account & i was bidding against the seller. Hmm, always possible)

Now, i'm the barsteward you'll all hate. I wait until the last 30 secs on an item & avoid the war. If it goes to a stupid price, i'll leave it, otherwise i'll snipe right at the death with about 10seconds left, so any competition doesn't have time to get in a bid. I get my item that way

    every man for himself!!

Always wait till the end of an auction before putting a bid in, generally Ill just put in my highest bid and leave it but occasionally I will go a bit above that but not by a drastic amount. Best ebay purchase to date was my MK4 GSi bid a silly amount with a less than a minute to go and got it for £100 less than my max bid.

    Last second bidder here too!
Not so much ebay action for me as I used to though, too many buttholes to contend with.
