    Radio Reception

    So i got a Hu of ebay had it a few months no issues except the raido reception is poor no on my old sony HU the date would go when i switched on the radio but this does not happen on this Hu and the radio is very poor. any ideas?

    The electric aerial wire isn;'t connected then, this is uaually a blue wire on the radio's wiring

    tought this was the remote for the amp or is it both?

    What do you have to do with this wire? Where does it connect to to make your aerial work properly? I'm having the same problem, I've found a blue wire, with ATT on it, I'm guessing this is the right one! What do I have to connect it to?

    If your steering wheel controls illuminate and the date goes off when the radio is on then everythings correct

    I have lights on my steering wheel and the date goes off on the MFD, however I get terrible reception on the radio, it gets worse when its dark if this makes a difference? This is all on FM
