    Question question about "connects 2"

hi there new to the forum but i just have a quick question hopping u can help

i have a sony head unit with a connects 2 adaptor and mostly its working fine the steering controls work and the radio stations and volume etc appear on the mfd. but for some reason cd information such as the track number and things do not apear like they did with the origional vaux stereo. i just wanted to know if this is normal and is not part of the connects 2 setup or if there is a problem with my wiring.

    many thanks for your help

If the rest of your display works ok with radio etc then it's probably a problem with the HU setting, i thing i've read having the AF on or off can make a difference.

Your headunit just won't save it's settings.

This won't solve the problem though, you need to swap the blue wire that goes to the ISO connector with the spare blue wire for external amp control
