    Clutch or No Clutch

Hi, New to the forum so be gentle with me..........
Could somebody tell me if a need a new clutch or not. I have a 'w' reg 2000 1.6 16v Astra CD and it feels like the clutch is slipping but not all the time and only in high gears around the 3000rpm scale. I did the clutch test (set off in 3rd gear) and it stalled ????. Its not everytime i drive the car, so is it the clutch.
    Fab forum and Thanks ..........

definetly does sound like the clutch is slipping. Your best bet is to go the garage and explain whats happened, sure they'll clarify it for sure

But i'm pretty certain it is though...

Took it to garage where i have been going for years and he took it for a drive. 15mins later he came back and said it was the clutch. Quoted £350, But on way back home it drove with no issues at all??. Do i get it done now or leave it and see what happens.......ta

Think your best bet is to either do it now.

Or save some money aside and do it later as you know it'll go eventually (and soon too)
