    Stalling whilst slowing

Recently when slowing down, as i i put my clutch down to come to a stop the revs drop off the tacho and the car stalls, the battery light comes on slightly before hand and then obviously the rest of the lights when the car stalls.

Any Ideas what could be causing it?

    Cheers

Suggests (usually) that your throttle body, EGR (exhaust gas recirculation valve), and if you have one, ICV - idle control valve) need a good clean - sometimes the EGR or ICV need replaced if cleaning doesn't solve the problem.

Most say it's an easy job - a can of carb cleaner from Halfords et-al for £5, some rags, and a way you go.

Ahh, I'l give the cleaning a shot, seem to be losing a lot of coolant as well and I can't understand why, but there is a damp patch below the radiator so may be just a leak.
