    Thumbs Up

yeah it pulls a bit stronger now the car was rolling roaded before i fitted it and it made 210 bhp so i would like to get it done again to see what the difference is in power and how it affects the power curve... yes the dump valve is louder aswell lol. ill hopefully be looking into a remap in the summer get a few more ponies under the bonnet.

I didnt move the rad back but this required a bit more cutting of the bumper than normally needed.

it wasnt really that hard to fit to be honest, im of limited knowledge when it comes to tinkering around with engines etc. its basically a straight swap, the hardest part was actually trimming the bumper lol.

yeah danny i was told the projekt opel one was the first fmic fitted for the astra and courtenay used the same style as a replica apparantly. i like this setup as it doesnt have as many bends in it to get to the throttle body.
