    Engine management

    Hi All

Im bored of the twinport and i was wondering if anyone knows if the Z18xe put into mk4's will run using the ECU from a Z16xep from a mk4?

I want the Z18xe but dont want to change car, and i dont want to get involved with changing all the keys and ecu etc etc with the engine swap.

    Thanks for any help

although i am now thinking i might try and maximise the potential of my twinport and aim to get 160bhp out of it?

Go to Vauxhall dealer and see if the Z16XEP ECU is the same part no. as a Z18XE. If it is, then it will just require reprograming.
