I guess this is more aimed at the weight lifters than the cardio guys but what supplements (if any) are you guys using? I've been training for over 3 years quite heavily and am quite happy with my size now but had to use a lot of supplements along the way and still take protein/aminos and creatine supplement.
I'm currently using Nitrotech whey protein and some cheapy Creatine capsules.
Have tried the following in the past:
EAS Mass factor
Multipower weight gainer
Multipower creatine powder
Loads of cheap GNC/Holland and Barrett crap.
Personally I find the muscletech stuff the best but is v.expensive. Its always good to try something new...
So what do you find gets the best results for you? How many times a week are you training? Or are you relying on food intake only?
