Question anyone know a quick fix?

My heating is rubbish in the coup at the moment, had a service recently and had the pollen filter changed, so know there is no 'blockage'

just wondering if anyone could tell me a quick fix or do i need to get it to the garage? froze me backside off on the way to work this morning!!!

What does the temperature dial on the dash read at idle (after you've ran the engine for a good while) and when you're driving?

No heat through the internal heaters can mean one of a few things

Suggests to me the thermostat is stuck open then - not overly expensive to check or fix.

I guess that depends on the girl

It's an easy enough job on the NA engines, 2 bolts, two pipes off, put new thermostat on, connect pipes back up, top coolant up, run engine with coolant lid off for 15 minutes to clear any air, voila. About 30 minutes if you're good.

Get it fixed It will save you money on fuel too, as if it is the thermostat then your engine will be using loads more fuel because the engine is cold all the time.
