    cabby roof struggling

when i try to put my roof down, it undoes, lifts about an inch, then stops and beeps and its stuck. u can either just close it again or give it a little push upwards then it works fine, checked the hydraulic fluid and its about 1 or 2 mm below the min line,

all i wanna know is where can u get this topped up?
    Can u do it yourself?
Should this be the answer to the problem?

its alrite when ur in the car but when u wanna do it with the remote u jus look a d1ck when it starts beepin at ya!!

cool to not cool in about 4 seconds lol

I would have thought you just get the fluid from vauxhall and carefully top it up. Don't go to much above the minimum though to get it working and then see what the fluid level is with the roof down in case it's different

Right, the fluid in the boot is a pain to top up. Have a look where the bung you remove to top it up is.

Yes your eyes are right, the bung is below the leve of the fluid. So you undo the bung and it all comes out!!! You need to jack the car up so the fluid runs to the other side and then do it.

However this is probably not your problem, have had my cab nearly three years and its been below the line and it causes no problems.

Your problem is that dropping the roof by key is just crap. Mine is the same, if your not pointing it exactly where it needs to go or over like 5 foot away it stop start stop start! Change the battery in key if anything, helped mine.
