    Right mate

Where your backbox joins your Sportex pipe, did you have a silver O ring there? as there needs to be an airtight seal

isnt it true that you have run in your exhaust. when mine was first fitted it wasnt very loud. but then after a week or so it was alot louder. (correct me if im wrong?)

also as tom said it needs to be air tight otherwise it will blow

I have a Very similar setup

Peco centre section and Peco perforated baffled backbox

    Really rumbly and raspy

To me it sounds like you don't have an O ring Gauze between your backbox and pipe

Mine sounded really bad when i first fitted mine, as said it really needs to be tight between the backbox and the tube, which it wasnt, once that is sorted it sounds ok.

Exhausts generally get quieter with a few weeks of running once the carbon builds up. My Cybox went from quite raspy to nice and smooth.

Still, if you take the centre silencer out it is going to be pretty loud - hence why my SS centre pipe has one in, can't be done with in your face exhausts
