complete headlights. are they HID lights or xenons? I thought xenons (like in the pic) are large round bulbs, and HIDs were small bulbs (like standard sized ones) that are much brighter

    Thumbs Up

Xenon bulbs are basic ,standard "glowing filament" incandescent type bulb.

HID bulds are an electric Arc firing at hi freqency is a "gas envelope",,,gas filled tube.
The Gas glows,,,a lot like a flourescent bulb.

The HIDs use relatively Low Draw on the electrical system,,,around 35wats to put out a Bunch of light.

Standard Headlites are around 50~60 watts.

Xenons,Halogens ,etc can be up to 150watts or more,,,and still dont have the "strength" of HID illumination

HID Light downrange is NOT necessarily "blue"

But they LOOK Blue when ya look AT the light,,,because of the effect of the electric arc running the bulb

Xenon bulbs have a Colored Coating on their glass to mimic the Blue-Look of HIDs

HID's offer much better visability when driving

If you want the headlight units you need the standard projector units found on some cars or the aftermarket DEPO Shakeyes which are hard to find.
