    Can anyone help?

Hi, on new years day i finally bought the Astra i had been looking for for about three years,

    Astra bertone exclusive convertible.

I love it to bits but the garage i bought the car from have lost the manuals and log books. They're in the process of trying to find them for me but im not holding out much hope.

The only thing i want to know is on the left of the steering wheel on the indicator stick there are three buttons, two lever left and right and the third is a circular button between the other two. just to clarify there are at the end of the indicators. Ive tried them and get no response.

The garage today told me they think.........think it might be cruise control and just to try it at speed and see,

    can anyone help me???

I love this car and wanna start modifying it as soon as. looking for news alloys too if anyone can recommend, its sitting on 17's at the mo but would like to go to 18's

    Thankyou

    David

Hi, From what your describing it is cruise control but there should only be two buttons, the furthest one away from you sets the speed and the nearest disengages it. You can also accelerate using the furthest button once cruise has been set.

The cruise control only works above 30mph though.

    Hope this helps

My cruise control has 3 buttons. Furest away to set and accelerate, nearest to resume and slow down, bottom to switch off again

Think thats how it all works, I find it second nature now

    Thankyou. Styling?

Thanks peeps. Tried it and low and behold it works. Do you have any good styling tips. Like things to buy that look great inside or out and where to get them?

what colour is ur car mate? iv got the same car as u and just had it lowered, honestly i would reccomend it to anyone cos i am so chuffed with how it looks!! total transformation! how old are you? depends on what kind of look u wanna go for? a lot of ppl are going for the 'euro' look, which is cool, i dont wanna make my car look like iv ramraided halfords with a load of magnets attatched, jus like the small mods that make ppl say... thats well nice, but what have u done?!

I've literally done nothing to it. I'm 26. I'm trying to find some nice 18's to put on it. This is the car I've been after for ages so never bothered with missing any previous cars. It's silver with a dark blue soft roof

welcome to the site. Lets have some pis of your car. Have a look in thestyling guides and the AOC Active forum, there are plenty of pics of cabs in there.

Out of interest, where did the username fragglerock come from?? Where I live is sometimes referred to as fraggle rock.

Wow bizarrely. My eldest brother as a kid used to call me Fraggle as I loved the show
