    Fit new thermostat and CTS

    Fit new Thermostat and CTS from Vauxworld and now the car runs at this temp , is this right ?

    If its getting to that temp in about 2/3 miles and stays there,then it is OK

    Anything 80-90c is normal. Mine sits about dead on where your picture shows.

    Yeah gets to that temp in about that and stays there . Before I changed both stat and CTS it used to go to bang on half and stay there hence the concern

    90c should be when the thermostat opens up, mine rarely reaches 90c (which I think is 'halfway'!).

    Yeah that is what I thought and I thought halfway was 90c
