    Replacing standard clock display

Currently got a MK5 design with display with clock buttons on and want to replace with the one that can display the MPG. What is needed to do this change other than the screen - is it a tech2 activation (or does the screen also need mating to the CD player/car) and what does vauxhall need to do when taking the car down there?

I was looking at just buying the larger screen and fitting myself - but am I under estimating the amount of work required here?

hey buddie, theres loads of posts on this site, If u have the standard 2 line display am sorry to say ur stuck with it, But i think if u have the 3 line display u can get the computer activated via tech 2, not entiertly sure about that one, But im possitive on the 2 line display
