    Woopsy

First major bump for me: Coming out of a car park, hit ice, and slid my car. the car went into a curb. Destroyed my alloy, destroyed my ARB droplink and ive bent my wishbone.

Im Fine, not even shaken to be honest, already ordered a new wishbone, will arrive tommorrow, and my mate has a set of prorace 1.2s im going to use. hopefully there is no more damage than what ive said. once ive fitted the new parts, im getting the tracking done, and should be back on road friday, Work permitting.

glad your ok, car/parts are replacable! had to take extra caution in station car park this morning, was covered in snow, couldn't see the lines to park!

am already careful when entering car park, curbs as so high, i wrecked a trye, and plastic wheel trim on my old fiesta last year cause i caught ice and hit the curb. tyre had only been on car for a few weeks had to get new one, took chunk out of wall!

feel sorry for you mate, i did the same on mine the other day. The upside though is i got some 18'' vxr snowflakes for a steal to replace them all. These things usually work out for the best.

cheers for the replys guys, New parts on order, but any one know where i can get a Single Dotz Roadster alloys, 17" 4x100?

Davemark: sounds like a close one then. You got a lucky escape

fred666: you should see the piece that came off.

Pete Soulby: i know, ive got a set of pro race 1.2s lined up, until i can source a new Dotz, May even go for the OZ F1's off a clio sport for a laugh.

Only a £40 repair if you dont include the alloy. So light escape considering the damage
