    Bottom end

    If my big ends where going would i losse power or notice a difference in the car. would it become un drivable??

    You might lose a little power as they will be rattling about rather than spinning but not massive amounts. Mainly the engine just sounds like an old ford....

    BOOOOLLUX!!!! it does sound like an old ford realy! tappets are louder than normal. well i think they are. but the powers smooth and seems quick. i asume it would cost alod to replace them???

    from idle on a small blip of the throttle you will hear a deep rumble from the bottom of the engine. Your oil pressure will be really low of they are gone as the oil will be spilling out the side of the shells so con rod death will not be far away. If you are worried get a mechanic to listen to it, the sound is really unmistakable to a tuned ear
