    Uprated rad for better cooling

Does anyone have an uprated rad on their Z20LET to improve cooling?

And which rad did you use?

I have VXR turbo, big IC, VXR injectors... etc... basicaly it is EDS Phase 3, and I would like to improve cooling of my Z20LET, so I am looking to fit and uprated rad. Which one would you recomend?

cooling isn't an issue even with a 3.5map.

I think dannysport has a alloy rad.

You don't need one for the spec you have.

    What about an uprated fan?

    Does it make any sense?

How can you say it doesn't need any futher cooling??? that's just crap, any car will respond well to a more efficient rad, take for instance you've been ragging it then end up in a traffic jam, yeah the fan will be on and off but a better rad would help no end...

It's like saying you don't need a better intercooler, it's not all about money for bhp, reliablility should be an issue as should brakes, tyres and suspension...

I would go for the PWR myself mate or ring Regal as they'll re-work your original rad for you for about £200

What phase are you running?? I'm on 3.5 but saying that I can't remember what it was like befiore my turbo blew as it gets very hot now

Can't be a bad thing though and you know you'll end up on 3.5 at some stage
