    adjusting coilovers

    hi guys jus bought some raceland coilys and gonna have to get em fitted at a garage cos ent got a clue, but what i wanted to know is how easy they are to adjust the height when they're on? do u have to jack it up and take the wheels off? cheers guys

    Rears are fairly easy, jack up and adjust on the car, fronts really i'd say you need the wheels off to adjust them.

    mine lowered 50mm on front mate, and 55mm on back...and i get no rubbing etc

    Iv gt the Racelands & i have mine on the lowest setting,lol.
    U DONT have 2 remove front wheels m8,just jack the car up & u can adjust the the coilovers between the top of the tyre & the arch,If the wheel is completely off the ground u dont even need the C spanner. .

    Mines down as low as possible at the back and with about 10mm of thread left on the fronts and never rubs.

    awesome really cant wait to get them fitted, how long til they settle in properly? and do most of you guys fit them yourselves? im a chef not a mechanic lol
