    Hid ?!

    hey guys

now i know this question has probably been asked millions of times but was wundering if the LMF HID kit for a mk4 coupe will be ok and will not need any modifying to fit the standard light ? im only asking this as im not too good on the whole electrics and all that stuff lol

if it does need modifying , can someone point me in the direction of the how to or whatever.

have you a link or picture of the kit?

IF its the same as all the other jobbies on the market then you wil have to mod the bulb holder, but as i dont know what the kit looks like im ust guessing m8ty

    dont waste ur money mate

just grab a kit from ebay - its the same stuff just badged differently

£40 will get u a kit direct from Hong Kong for a std 35w kit or about £50 for a nice uprated high power 55w kit

    Job sorted

all hid kids will need an ever so slight modification to the existing H7 bulb holder - a junior hacksaw is all it takes - check out the how-to in the usual place for details on this mod and also fitting the rest of the kit

happy modding (and happy savings if u arent drawn in with the usual LMF bullshit)

    edited my original reply above

that LMF one is one serious rip off buddy

its twice the price of an identical one off ebay

u can get a higher powered 55w kit for less - as for modding the bulb holder - if u can operate a tiny hacksaw then ur safe!! if not then i suggest seeking professional help (and i mean for u not the hids!) lol
