    Thumbs Down x18 cutting out

Hi, im having problems with my x18, it keeps cutting out when idling and when slowing down at junctions (seems to be when revs drop to quick). I've done a search on here and think it would be a good idea to replace the EGR, should this sovle the problem? also where is the best place to get a new one from and a rough price?

    Cheers
    Nick

sounds to me mate like you need to clean your throttle body out, and clean your egr valve, theres a how to on both of these somewhere, your egr valve may need replacing, mine did at 60k, got mine off ebay for £16

    This happened to me.

I cleaned out my throttle body & all was well again.

Check the How-To's, as they give detailed instructions on doing both of the above procedures.
