...Another Dbilas Inlet Manifold on a Astra G

Thought you guys might like these pics? its the dbilas inlet for the Z20LET.. we've just had a load land in, the first of many to be fitted....

The customer reaction was brilliant, he was literally speachless

Testing on a totally standard car has seen gains of 20bhp at the higher rpms and a massive 35ft/lb of torque in the mid range. just from this manifold... you can pick up even more power/torque at higher boost levels where flow velocity is alot faster!

They are pretty much key in unlocking 400+bhp, heres a pic of one on S70CON's 442bhp astra G

    enjoy!

20bhp on a standard car? May get this earlier then planned

EDIT: anyone (regal?) know the diameter of the inlet (where the power pipe connects)?

which diameter are you referring to?

the throttle body end? the power pipe to throttle body end?

the intercooler? or the intercooler to to ppipe end?

Obviously unless you have one of our power pipes i cannot help you on that

Will EDS be releasing a new map to take full advantage of the increased airflow, a phase 3.55 map if you will
