I have a factory standard Coupe Turbo
I have found a hole in the plastic pipe that runs from the OEM Dump Valve to the Vacuum Reservoir. Can this cause problems or loss of power? Please advise. Here is a pic...

Then I would like to know wat should be the Actuator's correct position? I have not changed it since I got the car but this weekend I saw that its not in the middle. Bellow is a picture of how it is set currently, do I need to change it?
