Ok i found some now, will these be a straight fit or will i need spacers? BTW they will be going on with -60mm springs so they should still fit right? Oh and its 17" im after.

took me about a minute to find loads in the correct fitment

Most sellers - companies that is - just say "multi fitments available" u then need to contact them to verify

7x17 is the wheel size (ie 7" wide by 17" diamater)

u then need to establish the offset (38-49mm is ideal) if ur lookin at 17/18s

then of course 4x100mm for the stud diamater

all u then need is a set of spigot rings but these are readily available

If u just want 17s then providing they are 7.5" or 7" wide then an offset of 38-49mm will be fine and cause no rubbing even with a 60mm drop

personally i would try to go for between 40 and 49

the closer to 49 the more the wheel will fit inside the arch therefore lessening the chances of rubbing

youll still be safe with anything from 38 to 49 but could make things much more practical

they are identical if ur fitting them to the astra

the other numbers just refer to what other models they will fit

for instance 108mm is the stud pattern on fords
114.3mm is the pattern on hondas/rovers etc

on ur car its the 100mm that matters

ET42 is ideal so if u can get this size then ur quids in

all u then need is a set of spigot rings which reduce the centre bore of the wheel down to match the astra hubs - in your case 56.6mm

youll need 4 spigots unless u want to only fit 2 alloys!

they fit inside the central hole in the alloys in turn reducing the bore from the set factory size of approx 73mm down to 56.6mm to fit your hubs (73mm was just a guess)

Either get these from the seller or a dealer on ebay such as these
