    Hi & a little Advice

    Hi Guys, i own a Mk4 Coupe turbo and have been having a few problems, but im all out of ideas now

    I had the Codes up for MAP sensor and Fuel Trim Malfunction, i have redone the earth crimp and soldered it, i have replaced the MAF, Both MAP sensors, boost control solenoid, coolant Temp sensor and reset the ecu but error code P1106 still keeps showing up even after been reset with the tech 2

    The problem i have been having is very bad hesitation, mainly when coming on boost, *there are no boost/vacum leaks* its like hitting overboost, but the turbo is hardly spooling up usually happens around 2-3k but has also happened further up the rpm range then after that the car pulls hard as it should, i have also noticed if cruise control is on then when it happens the power is all cut the T/C light comes on and the peddle can not be used until the ignition is turned off and on again

    Also if you plant your foot and it does the (juddering) hesitation the TC light comes on also, but i think thats just the ecu thinking there is wheel slip


    I have the Spanner and the Engine light swap over also


    Does anyone have the Ecu Pin out diagram for the ECU's so i can do a full earth test and the earthing points on the car? any ideas or anyone have similair problems

    welcome buddy i had same probs on my coupe-t and it brought up all sorts of codes turned out it was crank sensor so replaced that and all was fine apparantly sometimes when you hav a fault with the crank sensor it flashes up all sorts of codes so well worth a shot bud keep us posted on how you get on

    Could be the AFM? Apparantley it kicks up a few codes when its gone.

    sounds like the problem av just had, and mine was a knock sensor.

    yey!!!! fixed it, alternator was only kicking out 13v and 11v when everything running a new alternator later and all is good
