    Mobile Phones

    Hi

My contract is due to end soon and im currently with o2 and looking to move to orange as they are cheaper.

Ive seen a few deals on phones 4u and carphone warehouse where u get like a free laptop with the contract.

Ive just been onto a website for Dial A Phone and they have the contract i want with a free laptop, has anyone else ever used Dial A Phone? If so are they safe to buy from?

    Thanks, Sarah

i wouldnt go with orange at all. i took a new contract out with them in feb and had a load of hassle trying to change my name on account because they had spelt it wrong. they cut my phone off because of "fraud" of me trying to get the phone in someone elses name.

and to this day i still have not been able to set up a direct debit. keep getting told you have to ring back when your bill is due.

tried time and time again but still no avail

try t-mobile. was with them before and wish i had never left

I have been with o2 for a long time, never had a problem with them and the signal is great. Ive tried most networks due to the area where i live is in a kind of dip getting signal is hard.

Vodafone and Orange dont work here.

Yeah depening on what phone you get, mine is an 18month contract, but so was my last contract with just a phone.

So this time I gained a free laptop

i've used O2 and Vodaphone. Voda is a lot better imo, especially for mobile internet. O2 does have its advantages though, like better online facilities to look at account usage and remaining free minutes. You can also send mms for free as well, just uses up 4 of your free texts, vodaphone don't do that

So long as you know the laptop isn't 'free'! My bet is you could get the phone contract for way less but the same minutes, texts etc, then buy a laptop and either end up paying the same or being better off!
